How did I get here?

Following a career in education I have become a chaplain in a retirement home. My responsibilities include preaching weekly. However, particularly during COVID I was preaching to a camera with no idea who was watching. The situation is improving but the numbers are still small. I believe I have something to contribute to the conversation among like minded folks. On the other hand, I have greatly appreciated the input of other preachers who have posted their sermons and have begun to think that my work might be helpful to others as well. I have particularly enjoyed Dancing With the Word by Janet Hunt and Interrupting the Silence by Michael Marsh. And so I have come to this blog. Thanks for taking a look and joining the conversation.
